2. Legal framework
We process your data in accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data (supervisory authority: ARTCI), and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) for visitors located in the European Union.
3. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide to us voluntarily, plus anonymous audience measurement:

We collect no sensitive data, carry out no advertising profiling and use no third-party measurement tools (such as Google Analytics): audience measurement is hosted on our own server and serves SIZEG AFRICA only. To avoid being counted, open this address once in your browser.
4. Legal basis
The processing of forms is based on your consent (tick box) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (preparation of a quote or a commercial reply). Anonymous audience measurement and the browsing history attached to a request are based on our legitimate interest in improving the site and properly understanding your needs; you may object at any time (untick the form box, or open this address).
5. Retention period
Your requests are kept for as long as needed to process them and then for commercial follow-up purposes, up to a limit of 3 years from our last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Anonymous audience measurement data is deleted after 13 months.
6. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the sales and technical teams of SIZEG AFRICA. It is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Forms are processed by our own servers, then forwarded to our business mailbox by an email relay service acting as a technical subcontractor.
7. Cookies and third-party services
The site sets no cookies. It only uses your browser's local storage: your quote selection, the display preference for the information banner, the audience measurement visit number (deleted when the tab is closed) and the summary of your browsing history (deleted after 30 days without a visit). You can erase everything from your browser settings; nothing is transmitted to a third party.
- Google Maps (location map) and YouTube (videos, in “nocookie” mode): only loaded after you click.
- Fonts: hosted on our server, no requests to Google Fonts.
- WhatsApp: the “Chat on WhatsApp” button only opens the application if you click it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@sizeg.africa specifying your request. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority (ARTCI in Côte d'Ivoire).
9. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and implements security headers (protection against content injection, clickjacking, etc.). Data submitted via the forms is transmitted in encrypted form.
