What owners abroad ask.
Do I need to come to Abidjan to sign the mandate?
No. The management mandate is signed remotely, by electronic signature validated with a code sent to your phone.
You receive the signed document in your portal, along with all the other documents for your property.
How do I get paid when I live abroad?
The payout frequency (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual) and the destination account are set in the mandate.
Each payout comes with a management statement: receipts, charges, fees and balance, property by property.
How are your fees set?
They are written into the management mandate, with the exact scope of what they cover and the list of what is charged on top.
We present them to you before signing, not on the first statement.
Who chooses the tenant?
You do. We compile and check the applications (identity, income, consistency with the rent), then present the shortlisted applicants with our analysis. The final decision is yours.
What happens if rent is unpaid?
A graduated reminder process starts as soon as the arrears are noted, and you are informed as soon as the first payment is missed.
SIZ Immobilier is not an insurer: rent default insurance is a separate product, taken out separately.
Can I take back my property or change property manager?
Yes, according to the term and notice period set out in the mandate. All your documents are returned to you: leases, check-in reports, history of payments and works.
Let's talk, at a time that suits you.
Tell us where the property is, its condition, and what concerns you today: vacancy, arrears, works, or simply the lack of news.
